How user-friendly is All-Star Ticketing?
The feedback we receive from users is that it's extremely intuitive. Everyone who has used it has found it straightforward and simple to use.
How can All-Star Ticketing be free to use?
All-Star Ticketing can be offered for free as long as the majority of tickets are being sold online or at the gate with credit/debit cards. Each year we expect your organization to sell a minimum of 500 tickets with a card to keep it free to use. If you organization does not sell 500 tickets in a year, we may optionally choose to charge a base fee or suspend your account.
What are the standard processing fees?
We work with Square to provide credit/debit card processing. Square accounts are free to open and use. They charge 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction for online and manual card entry payments and 2.6% + $0.10 per transaction for card-present payments. There are no charges for in-person cash or check transactions. Note: Square's rates are subject to change at their discretion.
How can I take in-person payments?
You can purchase a Square terminal to take in-person payments and print receipts. Terminals can be purchased directly from Square and other retailers such as Best Buy or Amazon.
Can you import my existing contacts?
Yes, we can import your existing contacts for a small fee.
